Kneipp walking
Kneipp walking is based on barefoot walking from hot to cold water tubs. You walk on uneven terrain to stimulate the reflexes on your soles, and to restore the flexibility of blood vessels, muscles and tendons in your legs.
Hot water temperature: 40°C - 42°C
Cold water temperature: 12°C - 14°C
Effect: intensive capillary circulation in legs, reflex stimulation of receptors, prevention of flat feet, improved overall metabolism and blood circulation
